Further to Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Letter No. 108841-1106 dated 17/9/2026, which counted the 2025/2026 academic year as a no-fail year, Letter No. 120567-1106 dated 11/10/2026 was issued by the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up — Central Admission Section, and, based on the Opinion Board decision of 8/10/2026, approval was granted to include a new group of students in the decision.
Who is covered by the amendment
- Students who previously benefited from a no-fail year during their years of study.
- Students covered by decisions reinstating students whose enrolment was cancelled.
Condition
The student must pass the 2026/2027 academic year (the year of return); otherwise, the student’s relationship with the College ends.
All other provisions of the original decision remain unchanged, including the exclusion of students whose enrolment was cancelled due to cheating, forgery or disciplinary penalties. For the original decision: Counting 2025–2026 as a no-fail year.
