Finance Department

This department is affiliated with the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and is responsible for managing the college’s financial matters, both general and specific. Its responsibilities include preparing the estimated budget, monitoring expenditures and revenues, preparing financial reports, dealing with financial oversight, processing salaries, and complying with financial regulations and laws.
The department provides the necessary financial resources for expenditures as required, contributing to financial stability and the achievement of the college’s strategic objectives. It is also responsible for revenue operations and functions as an integrated accounting unit, including the Stores Division, which is responsible for all fixed assets and consumable items, ensuring their proper maintenance and usability, as well as identifying consumable materials.
The department maintains official records and forms to document all accounting activities in their various forms. It is managed by experienced and specialized staff members.
