Student Affairs and Registration
To oversee all administrative and academic aspects related to students, starting from admission and registration procedures, to issuing official documents and IDs, and even after graduation. The department also supervises student files, verification of authenticity, and their academic transfers, and serves as a link between the college and the relevant official authorities.
Finance Department
Responsible for managing the college’s financial and administrative affairs, including budget organization, tuition fee collection, salary and payment disbursement, and monitoring all accounting operations in accordance with approved regulations and guidelines. The department aims to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial transactions and achieve efficiency in resource management."
Administration and Personnel Department
Responsible for overseeing administrative and employment affairs within the college, including maintaining employee records, organizing leave schedules, issuing administrative orders, and updating personnel files. The department aims to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations in compliance with approved laws and regulations.
Training and Employment Unit
Prepares students and graduates for the job market through training workshops, professional development courses, and job fairs, while connecting them with employment opportunities in collaboration with public and private sector institutions.
Workshops & Seminars
Organizes workshops and seminars to develop students’ and staff skills, foster academic communication with the community and other institutions, and create a knowledge-driven environment aligned with scientific and professional updates.
Continuing Education Unit
Provides psychological and educational support through counseling and guidance sessions to help students overcome academic and personal challenges, enhance well-being, and improve engagement and academic performance.
