Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Iqbal Ghanim, Head of the Nursing Department, third-year nursing students at Baghdad College of Medical Sciences continue their clinical training in obstetrics and gynecology nursing at Baghdad Teaching Hospital and Al-Karkh Maternity Hospital.
The training included time in the operating theatre, reviewing patient files on the wards, practical use of the pregnancy wheel to calculate the expected date of delivery, and a presentation on anemia during pregnancy.
