The department is affiliated with the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and is responsible for managing human resources and providing an appropriate administrative environment to support the college’s administrative operations.
The department handles a wide range of tasks related to faculty members, employees, and staff. It is responsible for issuing appointment orders for all categories of employees, managing their leave, and following up on training and professional development activities. It also handles official administrative correspondence with government authorities and prepares responses to inquiries and requests without delay.
The department coordinates with other administrative departments to ensure the efficient flow of work. Its responsibilities also include supporting the institution’s academic and administrative activities and achieving the college’s objectives through efficient resource management while ensuring transparency in administrative procedures.
The department is responsible for securing and maintaining the personnel records of college employees, safeguarding their rights and benefits, and completing various administrative procedures, including appointments, allowances, promotions, resignations, leave, disciplinary actions, and other related matters.
In addition, the department oversees all service and maintenance activities to ensure that the college is well-maintained and presented in a distinguished manner that reflects the high standard of this esteemed academic institution.
