Under the supervision of the Student Activities Officer, Lecturer Dr. Muhannad Mahdi Dhamad, students of the Pharmacy Department at Baghdad College of Medical Sciences organized an awareness and educational seminar entitled “Understand Your Body and Take Care of Your Health” at Al-Fajr Al-Jadeed Private Secondary School for Girls, aimed at secondary-school students.
The seminar included a simplified explanation of girls’ health, body care, healthy nutrition and daily healthy habits, with awareness leaflets distributed to the students and their questions answered, in the presence of the school administration and teaching staff.
The College thanks the school administration for this opportunity. The seminar is part of the College’s role in community service and spreading health awareness.
