Y-9- Summer Training:

1.Students who complete the summer training after taking their first-round final examinations in colleges and institutes shall be considered first-round graduates, provided that they successfully pass the first-round examinations. However, their official documents shall not be issued until they have completed the summer training. In the event that they successfully pass the second-round examinations, they shall be considered second-round graduates.

2.If the student does not obtain the required passing grade in the summer training during the final academic year, they shall be considered as not having fulfilled the training requirement, and must repeat it in the following year in accordance with the examination regulations. Their graduation will therefore be deferred to the subsequent academic year.

3.The geographical allocation of the training shall be carried out as follows:

4.Students may be permitted to complete their summer training in private-sector companies, provided that these companies are reputable, officially registered, and well-established, while taking into consideration the provisions stated in Article (T/First) of the Summer Training Regulations No. 131 of 2000.

As for addressing the cases of students whose enrollment has been suspended due to not completing the summer training, but who have successfully passed the academic stages and have been away from regular education for several years, the following mechanism shall apply:
