- Sign in directly with your username and password
- From “Portals” open the Private University Education portal
- Final step — inside the Qaddim platform You fill in the application form there and submit it, then print or save it.
Preparatory graduate 2020 – 2026, no account yet
Scientific or literary branch — your data is already with the Ministry
- Sign in with the exam number and secret number issued by the Ministry of Education
- The system pulls your data and creates and activates your account automatically
- Open the Private University Education portal
- Final step — inside the Qaddim platform You fill in the application form there and submit it, then print or save it.
Any other category
Institute graduates, earlier years, equivalent certificates, or no login details
- Tap “I don’t have login details”
- Create an account: username, password, phone number
- Open the private education portal and book an appointment at a verification centre
- Attend the centre with your documents — it endorses and activates your account
- Final step — inside the Qaddim platform You fill in the application form there and submit it, then print or save it.

Install the “Qaddim” app and create your account
Sign in with your exam number and secret number. If you do not have them, choose “I don’t have login details”, select your school year and branch, and create an account with a username (English letters), a password and an active Iraqi mobile number — all notifications go there. Never give your exam number or secret number to anyone; the form must be completed by you or in your presence.

Identity verification (KYC)
Photograph your unified national ID (both sides) or the first page of your passport, then take a live selfie against a white background. Done once only; it is requested again for major actions such as submitting the form and confirming admission.

Complete your data and get your account endorsed
If your account shows “incomplete”: choose the category that matches you, fill in your data and upload your graduation document, then book an appointment through “electronic booking” at the nearest verification centre to endorse the account — print the receipt and attend with your documents. The same booking is needed to activate a special channel (e.g. families of martyrs).

Apply through the “Private University Education portal”Applications to central government admission continue until Sunday 4/10/2026.
After the central admission results are announced, the Ministry announces the application date for private universities and colleges. From “Portals” open the Private University Education portal, then in the form: channel → university/college (Baghdad College of Medical Sciences) → department → study type (morning), and add the choice to your list. Minimum 7 choices, maximum 50, and the order matters: the first choice is preferred over the second, and so on. Check your choices, press “Submit form”, then print it or save it on your phone.

Once admission is announced — visit the Registration Division
With the original documents, for file verification and to complete the student information form, within the announced registration period (10 working days from the results).

Medical examination and completion of admission
After verification, the medical examination is carried out, then the first instalment is paid and the admission confirmation is issued. No tuition is collected before official registration and the start of study.
