This department reports to the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and is responsible for managing the college’s financial matters, both general and specific. Its duties include preparing the estimated budget, monitoring expenses and revenues, preparing financial reports, liaising with financial auditing authorities, disbursing salaries, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws. The department provides the necessary financial resources for expenditures as needed, ensuring and contributing to financial stability and the achievement of the college’s strategic objectives. It is also responsible for all revenue operations and functions as a fully integrated accounting unit, including its (storage) division, which is responsible for all fixed and consumed assets, ensuring their safety and usability, and determining consumables. The department uses official records and forms to document all accounting operations in every format. It is managed by experienced and specialized staff.
