Oversees all student administrative and academic affairs, from admission and registration to graduation, including official documents, IDs, records, transfers, and coordination with relevant authorities.
Finance Department
Responsible for managing the college’s financial and administrative affairs, including budgets, tuition collection, salaries, and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficient resource management in line with regulations.
Admin & Personnel Dept.
Responsible for managing administrative and employment affairs, including employee records, leave schedules, administrative orders, and personnel files, to ensure smooth operations in line with regulations.
Training and Employment Unit
Prepares students and graduates for the job market through training workshops, professional development courses, and job fairs, while connecting them with employment opportunities in collaboration with public and private sector institutions.
Workshops & Seminars
Organizes workshops and seminars to develop students’ and staff skills, foster academic communication with the community and other institutions, and create a knowledge-driven environment aligned with scientific and professional updates.
Continuing Education Unit
Provides psychological and educational support through counseling and guidance sessions to help students overcome academic and personal challenges, enhance well-being, and improve engagement and academic performance.
