The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic form for transfer and hosting for the academic year 2025/2026.

The transfer and hosting application process begins by activating the electronic form (from the original college/institute) to select the desired options, not exceeding five.

The application period continues until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 17/08/2025. The Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up urges students to review the transfer and hosting regulations and to examine the applicable terms and conditions.
In this regard, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Abboudi, directed all universities to accommodate the largest possible number of students wishing to transfer and host, in accordance with the Student Affairs Procedures Guide and the admission regulations and requirements for the academic year 2025/2026.
