The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has decided to allow students graduating from secondary education in the 2023/2024 academic year, who have a minimum GPA of 90 and were born in 1995 or later, to apply to the centralized admission form for the 2025/2026 academic year in all public and private specializations, as an exemption from the age requirement, in recognition of their academic excellence and in appreciation of their educational aspirations.
In the same context, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued a decision to include students in incomplete academic stages, whose enrollment will be upgraded for the 2024/2025 academic year, under the “non-failure year” policy, in order to address exceptional cases that prevented them from successfully completing the academic year.
In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research emphasizes that these decisions are part of its strategy aimed at empowering students, motivating high achievers, and removing obstacles for all student groups, thereby reinforcing its academic mission and objectives.
