At one point I felt there was not enough time and that my results might suffer. It began with stress and loss of focus, so I decided not to let the problem grow. The first step was relying on God and making a clear plan instead of working haphazardly: I wrote a weekly timetable, set fixed times for revision with short breaks, broke big tasks into small parts to complete gradually, and focused on priorities rather than trying to do everything at once. I also asked my family and colleagues for help when I got stuck, and learned from others\u2019 experiences instead of wasting time in confusion. With persistence, my productivity improved and the results began to show \u2014 and so it remains to this day, thank God.<\/p>\n<h3>Dr. Humam Tawfeeq Hadi Al-Ghaffari\u2019s advice to today\u2019s students<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cPersevere and start studying early; pharmacy requires strong fundamentals and continuous understanding.
