I continued my studies in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and earned a master\u2019s degree, while developing my skills in scientific research and university teaching. One of my biggest challenges was balancing academic responsibilities, teaching, administrative work and research while continuing to develop professionally. I dealt with this by organizing my time, setting clear goals and continuing to learn even when circumstances were difficult. I was able to take part in publishing research in Scopus-indexed journals, gained experience in teaching and supervising pharmacy students, and became an assistant lecturer at the university. Today I aspire to continue my journey with a PhD specializing in computer-aided drug design, combining pharmacy, chemistry and scientific research.<\/p>\n<h3>Education<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.
