I overcame this challenge by continuously investing in self-development: I combined my scientific background with field skills, seized the first job opportunity even in a modest place to gain experience, and rose through management responsibilities until I led scientific sales teams for prestigious top-three pharmaceutical companies. I did not settle for practical experience, but went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) to strengthen my strategic vision and develop pharmacy staff \u2014 and the journey continues.<\/p>\n<h3>Education<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.
