Adult Nursing course at Baghdad Teaching Hospital \u2013 Haematology Floor, where they learned about how the ward operates, studied clinical cases and followed up patients under the supervision of the department\u2019s teaching staff and in coordination with the hospital\u2019s medical and nursing staff.<\/p>\n<p>Clinical training is an essential part of preparing nurses, linking what students learn in the classroom with real-world practice in healthcare institutions, strengthening their practical skills and preparing them for the labour market.<\/p>\n<p>This activity is part of the series \u201cA Day in the Life of a Nursing Student\u201d, which the department publishes to document its students\u2019 field training.<\/p>\n<div
