Y-3- Transfer Regulations for the Academic Year (2024\/2025)<\/span><\/h3>

Continuation of the implementation of the lifting of the transfer system freeze, to be carried out as follows: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

1. A student shall be eligible for transfer to the next academic year if the total number of courses they have failed in\u2026
<\/span><\/p>

The final examinations must not exceed two courses, provided that the student was not failing the same courses in the previous academic year.<\/span><\/p>

of the stage, except in cases where the academic year is considered a non-failure year.<\/span><\/p>

2. The summer training shall not be counted among the failed courses mentioned in paragraph (1) above, and the student eligible for transfer must complete it in the following year.<\/span><\/p>

3. The student is given the choice between benefiting from the transfer system or repeating the academic year due to failure, and their choice must be documented.<\/span><\/p>

This must be recorded in writing and kept in the student\u2019s file. If the student fails to confirm their choice by 12\/3, they shall be considered failing their current year. <\/span><\/p>

4. A student included in the transfer system (who has fulfilled the attendance requirements for the courses) is required to take the examinations necessary to achieve the passing grade.<\/span><\/p>

The student shall take the annual assessments and final examinations in the same manner as the courses of their current stage, without being required to attend the courses physically. <\/span><\/p>

5. A student who has been granted approval to defer their studies in accordance with Article (21) of the Examination Regulations No. (134) of 2000 is given the choice between including the transfer courses in the deferral or taking their respective examinations. Their choice must be documented in writing and kept in their file.<\/span><\/p>

6. A student who fails due to (absence or interruption of attendance) is entitled to take the transfer examination.<\/span><\/p>

7. A semester course shall be treated as an annual course for the purposes of passing via the transfer system, and a student shall not be allowed to transfer if they fail more than two semester courses under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p>

8. A student is entitled to take six examination attempts for transfer courses if they have passed the stage courses but failed only the transfer courses, as stipulated in Article 8 (Fourth) of the Examination Regulations No. 134 of 2000. If the student exhausts all six examination attempts for the transfer courses, their enrollment shall be suspended, and they shall not be allowed to return to their studies.<\/span><\/p>

A student required to take make-up courses is eligible to benefit from the transfer system if the total number of make-up and transfer courses does not exceed two.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
