The Registration and Student Affairs Department reports to the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs and includes several divisions, such as the Verification Division, the ID Division, the Central Admission Division, and others.<\/p>

“The tasks of the Student Affairs Department encompass all matters related to students, both technical and administrative, starting from their admission to the college and continuing even after graduation.<\/p>

Department Tasks :<\/strong><\/p>

1- The department supervises the organization and preparation of the registration process for newly admitted students to the college.<\/p>

2- The department organizes, arranges, and prepares academic documents, and manages all matters related to student transfers, hosting, and admission modifications.<\/p>

3- Issuing identification cards for students.<\/p>

4- Issuing confirmations, graduation certificates, and enrollment continuity documents for all students.<\/p>

5- Responding to all official letters received from the ministry and other entities concerning students.<\/p>

“6- Conducting verification of preparatory school documents for newly admitted students.<\/p>
